I came upon UX by way of graphic design. I graduated from Northeastern University with a dual major of Graphic Design and Interactive Media. I chose this field of study because I have always found design to be the perfect marriage of math and art: it is visual logic. When I was working at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, I worked on bringing a print magazine to life with an iPad app. Once I discovered the world of designing interactive products for users, I never looked back! The addition of psychology to the already dreamy mix of art and logic is the coolest.
I most recently was a Product Designer at MeYou Health, where I was on the Walkadoo team. I worked primarily on designing and building out new features for web and native apps (iOS and Android). Previously, I was a UX designer at PayPal, where I mixed design with a healthy dose of front-end development to create mobile advertisements and responsive emails.
I love growing and cooking with fresh vegetables. I teach yoga. I love punk music and going to shows, and I play bass for a local band.
